Coed Cross-Training, Evening Men and Women’s Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 P.M., Saturday Morning Bootcamp and Fitness 101 starting at 9 A.M. Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning February 6: New women's fitness classes from 9:30-10:30 A.M. All classes start in the main building, upstairs, in the UNlimited room.
