FITNESS AT CROSSROADS

Crossroads Fitness is focused on connecting people to God and to one another through fitness. If you are looking for a way to get to know other church members, be a part of an encouraging environment and meet physical fitness goals, we invite you to get involved!

Crossroads Fitness is based on 1 Thessalonians 5:11.

We offer Ladies Fitness Classes that are available for all fitness levels. These classes offer a variety of workouts 5 times a week that are focused on building strength, endurance, balance and coordination.

SUMMER LADIES FITNESS

Each Ladies' Fitness class is 60 minutes packed full of fun, cardio, toning, interval training and motivation. Connect to God and to one another through fitness! Crossroads Sports® Fitness Director and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Shana Beaty, will lead these awesome classes.

If you are participating in Ladies' Fitness for the first time, there is a one-time registration fee of $25 which includes a fitness t-shirt of your choice. The entire 9-week session is $50. If you would like to pay on a week-to-week basis, the cost is $10 per week.

Summer Season: June 6-August 8

Combo Class is a combination of cardio, interval training, core work and toning with various types of equipment.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in the SportCenter
Thursdays 6 - 7 p.m. in Cross Street (upstairs, Main Building)

Barbell Class combines continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides.
Tuesdays 6 - 7 p.m. in Cross Street (upstairs, Main Building)
Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in Cross Street (upstairs, Main Building)

The 10-week Fall Session begins September 12 and goes through November 16.
